PRAGUE (AFP) -- Russia's Vera Zvonareva lived up to her top seeding by winning the WTA title on clay here on Sunday.

The 23-year-old from Moscow came away 7-6 (7/2), 6-2 winner against third seed Victoria Azarenka of Belarus.
It is the sixth title for Zvonareva and first in nearly two years.
