QOM – Iranian Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki on Monday stated that U.S. President Barack Obama should make clear exactly what he means by change.
“Obama must make clear and say what changes he is going to create,” he said in a ceremony commemorating the anniversary of the Islamic revolution in Qom.He said the U.S. put its reputation in jeopardy during the Bush presidency.
Elsewhere in his speech, Mottaki said resorting to force is no longer viewed as an option in the world, he added.
The “war of ideas” is today’s war and whoever can provide the “most convincing argument” can win this war, the top diplomat pointed out.
And that is why the United States’ attempts against Iran have proved futile and Washington has failed to justify its actions in the world, he noted.
