TEHRAN -- Tehran Prosecutor General Abbas Jafari Dolatabadi has announced that most of the people who were arrested on November 4 have been released.

And the judicial system is currently completing its investigations of the cases of the rest of the detainees, Jafari Dolatabadi told reporters in Tehran on Tuesday.
On November 4, official rallies were held in Iran to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the seizure of the U.S. embassy in Tehran.
Supporters of defeated presidential candidates Mir-Hossein Mousavi and Mahdi Karroubi also took to the streets on November 4. Some of the protestors confronted the police at some points, and a number of them were arrested.
