TEHRAN – Iran has been drawn in Group D of the 2010 Asian Men’s Handball Championship which will be held from February 8 to 18 in Beirut, Lebanon.

Iran has been drawn along with Lebanon and Jordan in the group.
A total of 13 teams have been divided into four groups in the event in which the top two teams qualify for the next stage.
This competition acts as the Asian qualifying tournament for the 2011 World Men’s Handball Championship in Sweden
