TEHRAN -- Two photo and poster exhibitions showing scenes from the life of Imam Khomeini are currently underway at Tehran Cultural Centers.

The Niavaran Cultural Center and the Khavaran Cultural Center host the exhibits which are under the same title of “Imam of Sun” in commemoration of the late Imam Khomeini on the eve of the anniversary of his death, which occurred on June 3, 1989.
The Niavaran Cultural Center is hosting an exhibition which displays photos depicting different epochs of the Imam Khomeini’s life. The exhibit will run until June 5.
A collection of 70 photos of the Founder of the Islamic Republic at various stages of his life including his struggle against the Shah’s regime, his exile and his return are on display at the Khavaran Cultural Center until June 8.
Iranians annually pay tribute to Imam Khomeini on his death anniversary and this is one of the numerous programs that are being held.
