TEHRAN - An Iranian lawmaker has said the recent U.S. Congress law on visas violates Article 29 of the JCPOA.

Ebrahim Karkhanei, head of the Majlis Nuclear Committee, said the law shows the U.S. does not keep its promises, Nasim reported.
He explained that according to the article, the EU or the 5+1 members should not take any action that negatively affects Iran’s trade affairs.

The MP also said that a recent statement by U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry that Iran will be exempt from the law lacks legal force.
