TEHRAN – The secretary of the Supreme National Security Council, Saeed Jalili, who is Iran’s chief nuclear negotiator, briefed the Expediency Council on Saturday on the latest round of negotiations between Tehran and the 5+1 group (the five permanent members of the UN Security Council and Germany), which was held in Moscow on June 18 and 19.  

 

Members of the council emphasized Iran’s right to peaceful use of nuclear energy and expressed their support for the stance adopted by the Iranian delegation.
