TEHRAN – Deputy Defense Minister General Qassem Taqizadeh said on Thursday that Iran will send three satellites into the space in the coming few months.

“The satellites have been made by domestic experts and will be put on different orbits,” said Brigadier General Taqizadeh, Mehr reported.

Speaking on Iran’s deterrence power, the general said, “Iran has been able to build a surface-to-surface precision missile with a range of 2,000 kilometers.”

He added that the Islamic Republic has made very complicated achievements in cruise and anti-ship industries, some of which are superior to those of the West.
