TEHRAN – American writer A.J. Finn’s debut novel “The Woman in the Window” has recently been published by Tandis Publications in Tehran.

Translated by Mohammad Javadi, the book is about Anna Fox, who lives alone in her New York City home. She rarely leaves home and spend her time spying on her neighbors.

Then the Russells, a father, a mother and their teenage son, move into the house across the way and one night Anna, gazing out her window, sees something she shouldn’t.

A screen adaptation of the 2018 number one New York Times bestseller book, is being made by British director Joe Wright.

Starring American actors Amy Adams, Julianne Moore and Gary Oldman, the film is scheduled to be released in October 2019.
