TEHRAN - The Israeli regime announced its intention to attack District 3 of Tehran in a statement released Monday afternoon.

Located in northeastern Tehran, District 3 is home to or the workplace of over 1 million people. The regime said all of the population must leave the area before strikes hit in the coming hours. 

By evening, new airstrikes were reported on what appeared to be residential buildings in northwestern and eastern Tehran.

The regime has so far killed at least 224 civilians in attacks on civilian infrastructure or residential complexes.
