TEHRAN The Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) Organization on Saturday rejected the remarks delivered last week to reporters by Mohammad Salamati, the director general of the Islamic Revolution Mojahedin Organization (IRMO).
IRIB's Public Relations Office, in a statement, said they considered Salamati's remarks baseless.
Salamati had criticized the IRIB for prejudging his speech delivered at the University of Science and Technology. IRIB claims that no prejudging has been carried out by the IRIB at all, and that the organization has done its duty by informing people, as the speech enjoyed a particular significance.
