MADRID Spanish police have arrested five suspected members of ETA in a series of overnight raids three days after the latest fatal bombing blamed on the Basque separatist group, state radio reported on Sunday. The suspects detained by the civil guard police were believed to be members of an ETA command group active in the Basque city of San Sebastian, the radio said. A car bomb killed two commuters in the city on Thursday, taking to 26 the number of deaths linked to ETA in just over a year.
