TEHRAN Daily Iran described the massive turn out of the people in the historic rally on the 19th anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution, saying the courageous people of Iran, once again proved that passing of time has not diminished the spirit and the values generated by the founder of the Islamic Revolution late Imam Khomeini. The daily Iran underlined that independence, freedom and the Islamic Republic are the most remarkable achievements of the Revolution which has cost the Iranian nation dearly, adding that the faithful Iranian people spared no efforts to preserve the achievements of the Revolution and are determined to transfer them to the next generations.

The daily reiterated that preserving the independence of the country differs from seeking solitude, underlining that it means to preserve the infrastructural principles of the Revolution, and the dignity of the system and the nation under any kind of political, economic and cultural relations with other countries. It pointed out that the Islamic Republic of Iran enjoying a rich culture and history, intends to establish a new Islamic civilization in the world, adding that it will never allow others to impose on it what is contrary to the principles and values of the Revolution. Daily Kayhan elaborated on formation of Islamic movements, saying that today the U.S. and the Zionist regime increasingly witness the growth of Islamic movements across the globe, adding that they consider Islamic movements as serious threats to their interests.

The daily further said that the nationwide rally of 22nd Bahman marking the 19th anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution, showed to the world's public opinion that the Islamic Revolution is still dynamic and alive and enjoys strong support of the people from all walks of life. It reiterated that active participation of Iranian people in the rally strengthens and encourages other Islamic movements in the world and shows to the oppressed and deprived nations how to confront the bullying and domineering powers.

Iran Daily in an article entitled Israel's Dirty Campaign said that as the nation of Iran is celebrating the 19th anniversary of the victory of Islamic Revolution, Iran's foes attempt to continue with their strategy of destabilizing the country by creating an atmosphere of insecurity. This time the allegations are not about Iran's terrorism or acquisition of weapons technology, but a slick, orchestrated PR campaign in the western media about top secret' behind-the-scenes rapprochement between Israel and Iran, the daily said.

The daily noted that the Zionists, masters in brainwashing techniques worldwide, are now engaged in a new smear campaign against the Islamic Republic, a nation which has stood firmly against racism and oppression of Israel for nearly two decades. Iran has never wavered in its allout support for a Palestinian state. The late Imam Khomeini and the current Leader, Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei, have unequivocally stated that Iran will have relations with all countries except Israel. This is one of its most constant and unambiguous principles.

Indeed, Tehran's anti-Zionist stance has become a core component of its foreign policy, the daily stated.
