TEHRAN -- The head of Iran's Atlas Aviation Company, Ali-Reza Moqaddasi, said on Tuesday that the head of Taraz Airport in Kazakhstan has refused to grant permission for the hijacked Iranian planes to return to Iran.

Although, according to Moqaddasi, officials from the Foreign Ministry of Kazakhstan and the country's aviation company have officially announced that they will help Iranian officials put an end to this hijacking.
