TEHRAN The decision to replace Labor Minister Hossein Kamali with Governor-General of Khorasan Province Mohsen Mehralizadeh in the next cabinet of President Mohammad Khatami has proved controversial, as Islamic Iran Participation Party (IIPP) has expressed opposition to this decision.
