Iran-China Civilizations Interconnected

TEHRAN One of the Chinese students currently studying at the International Persian Language Center said, "The Iranian and Chinese people have had friendly relations since old times, and their ancient civilizations have influenced one another."
He told IRNA here Wednesday that Oriental cultures such as Iranian and Chinese are analogous in many aspects.
Another Chinese student said that traces of Iranian culture might be observed in parts of China more clearly.
He added that in some parts of China people talk in a language which is quite similar to Persian, and their way of living is also analogous to that of Iranians.
Referring to the attractions of Persian language, he said that Persian is an ancient, melodious, and rich language.
He said, "The rhythmic tunes of Persian poetry is very musical, and the fans of Persian poetry and literature in China take pleasure in listening to Iranian songs and music."
