NEW DELHI -- Russia is concerned about the stability of the Pakistani government following unrest in that country over U.S.-led strikes against neighboring Afghanistan, Russian Deputy Prime Minister, Ilya Klebanov, said on Tuesday. "I am naturally concerned, not only about the developments in Afghanistan but with developments in Pakistan with the possible threat of destabilization in the country which can cause anxiety in the whole region," Klebanov said. Islamabad has faced violent protests by Islamic groups after it dumped the Taleban rulers of Afghanistan and supported U.S.-led military strikes to flush out Osama bin Laden.
