TEHRAN --A member of the Majlis' Presiding Board, Mohammad Naimipour, said on Monday that the top decision-making officials should hold talks to put an end to a parallel government system in the country.

He said that the appointment of moderate officials to institutes that are independent of the government is the key to resolving the current problems and dialogue among top officials serves national interests.
