Tehran- At a gathering of deputy governors for political and security affairs, Deputy Interior Minister For Political Affairs Seyed Morteza Mobalegh said that organizing a global coalition for peace and revealing the true nature of the coalition for war is the best way to confront foreign threats.

Mobalegh added that in the current situation Iran's strategy and authority depends on unified diplomacy, rational policies, an informed public, and constructive interaction with different states, especially Islamic countries, in order to counteract external threats and reveal the warmongering policies of the U.S.

He added that, unfortunately, whenever Iran's logical positions give the Islamic Republic a prominent image throughout the world, accusations are made to try to distort this image.

Mobalegh underlined that modern society is in need of understanding, dialogue and interaction and that politicians should play a key role in the creation of an atmosphere of understanding among various political factions in order to decrease tensions.

Mobalegh concluded that if mechanisms for implementing political development are not settled as soon as possible the achievements of reforms would disappear.
