TEHRAN - Iran Customs Administration Chief Massoud Karbassian, heading a delegation, left here Monday for Budapest for a five-day official visit.

In Budapest, Karbassian and his delegation hope to discuss customs issues with Hungarian officials and conclude a bilateral customs agreement.

According to the Public Relations Office of Iran's Customs Administration, the discussions will focus on ways of facilitating mutual implementation of both countries' customs functions.

An agreement to prevent goods smuggling and drug trafficking as well as avoid customs violations and to expand trade exchanges between Iran and Hungary are other items expected to be included in the agreement that will be signed by the two sides.
