TEHRAN - The Seventh Congress of Mayors of Metropolises started work on Tuesday in Seoul, the South Korean capital city. The mayor of Tehran is participating in this important gathering.

According to the Public Relations Office of the municipality, specialists, university professors, researchers and civil management experts will be exchanging views on related topics.

Mohammad Hassan Maleki, in a meeting with the mayor of Seoul, stressed on the need to boost both countries' private sector cooperation in civil projects.

The Tehran mayor also visited a waste recycling center in Seoul and was briefed on the activities of the center.
