TEHRAN - Ten short films produced by Urumieh's Youth Cinema Association have been entered in the 7th International Youth Cinema Festival.

The head of the asociation, Javad Poursamad, said that the films were produced in the current year.

The titles of some of the films that have been entered in the festival are ***Break of Silence**** and ****Tanakora***, directed by Hassan Jafari, ****Beyond Silence**** by Afsaneh Alinejad, and ****Under the Skin of the City**** by Ahmad Ebadi. Poursamad said these films were selected from 20 films produced by members of the association and which have been pre-screened for entry.

The festival is to begin on October 21.
