TEHRAN -- German Minister of Economic Cooperation and Development Heide-Marie Wieczorek-Zeul's planned visit to Tehran has been postponed, the German Embassy in Tehran announced on Saturday.
The visit of the German minister planned for August 5-7 has been postponed because she is sick, the embassy added.
It said that the minister has been forbidden to take long trips by her doctors for now, but she will visit Iran after her complete recovery.
The minister was to deliver a speech at the Institute for Political and International Studies (IPIS) of the Foreign Ministry here on August 6, said IRNA.
