Due to (improper) improportionate distribution of facilities in the country and its amassment in Tehran and the metropolitan cities, people living in most regions of Iran are deprived of enjoying expert dentists, and owing to this, patients have to refer to practitioner dentists and they don't receive complete treatment.

Dr. Hasan Razmi , secretary to the Sixth International Conference of Iran's Endodontists' Society said: "Cities such as Tehran, Shiraz, Mashhad and Esfahan have populated most of the experts in this field . In this respect the health deputy of the Ministry of Health, Treatment and Medical Training is responsible to shoulder the suitable distribution of the facilities in other regions, especially the more deprived ones, and concerning this problem the ministry is expected to show more sensitivity.

Pointing to the 6th International Conference of the Endodontists in Tehran he remarked: "Considering the low number of expert graduates in de1ntistry, education and dissemination of specialist dentists is one of the most important subjects to be carefully studied nationally and in conferences held throughout the country".

It is worthwhile mentioning that the 6th International Conference of Iranian Endodontists is to be held Mordad 23-25 (August 14-16) with the participation of some foreign experts at Razi Conference Center with the cooperation of Tehran University of Medical Sciences.
