""The Iranian nation will thwart any aggression on Iran thanks to national perseverance and resistance. I believe that dialogue and logic will help the nation pass such a critical situation,"" Rezaei said.Asked to comment on resignation of Secretary of Supreme National Security Council Ali Larijani, Rezaei said that Larijani has been successful during his service as SNSC secretary.
He said that Mr. Larijani managed to foil the U.S. conspiracy thanks to initiatives he took in line with guidelines of the Supreme Leader.
Rezaei said that Larijani also made a three-party committee with EU foreign policy chief and IAEA Director General Mohamed ElBaradei to resolve the outstanding issues with the agency on the basis of a timeline and it is considered a success for him.
