TEHRAN -- Deputy commander of the Iranian Revolution Guard Corps says the Yemeni Ansarullah group has long-range missiles.
In interview with Al-Alam TV channel, General Hossein Salami also said the Yemeni people can quickly move into Saudi Arabia’s cities. The war on Yemen has a vast horizon, and Saudi Arabia will enter a quagmire in which it will drown, he said.
He stated, “What has happened in Yemen is the outcome of a series of political failures. It is the result of political dead-ends which faced the strategic policies of both the U.S. and the House of Saud.”
Salami said that Saudi actions in Yemen follow hegemonic policies by Riyadh aimed at turning Saudi Arabia into the epicenter of the Arab world.
