Iranian crafters to exhibit skills in Milan

TEHRAN – Several Iranian crafters are to attend the 2019 edition of HOMI Milano international fair, which will be held in the Italian city from 25 to 28.
Craftspeople from various provinces of Tehran, Kerman, Khorasan Razavi, Hamedan, Isfahan, Khuzestan and Zanjan will attend the biannual event, CHTN reported.
This will be the second time that Iran will have a pavilion in the event and the pavilion will cover 36 square meters in area, the report added.
Traditional personal ornamentations, kilim carpets, leatherwear, semi-precious stones, paintings on wood are amongst Iran’s offerings for the event that is directed exclusively to trade visitors.
The Homi Milano is an international trade fair for interior design and upscale home decor.
The exhibition is divided into 10 areas: living habits, fragrances & personal care, gift & events, kid style, hobby & work, home wellness, fashion & jewels, garden & outdoor, home textiles, concept lab. The fair also discusses multi-cultural themes, solutions for experiencing and wellness in every nuance.
