TEHRAN Tehran's Weather Bureau announced here on Sunday morning its weather forecast for the country for today as follows: * TEHRAN: Clear skies to partly cloudy, with increasing clouds and winds in the afternoon * CASPIAN SEA COAST: Slightly to half cloudy with fog, in some parts becoming cloudy with light rains * NORTHEASTERN REGION: Clear skies to partly cloudy, in some parts with winds and dust * SOUTHWESTERN AND CENTRAL REGIONS: Clear skies to partly cloudy, in some parts increasing in clouds, winds, dust in the afternoon, and in Khuzestan Province accompanied by haze * EASTERN, SOUTHEASTERN AND SOUTHERN REGIONS: Clear skies to slightly cloudy, in some parts increasing in clouds in the afternoon, and accompanied by haze at the southern seacoast * NORTHWESTERN REGION: Clear skies to partly cloudy, in northern areas with increasing clouds and winds in the afternoon.
