TEHRAN -- Richard Murphy, a senior member of the New York-based Council on Foreign Relations and undersecretary of state under former U.S. president Ronald Reagan, in a recent interview expressed his views on President George W. Bush's remarks against Iran, Iraq, and North Korea. Since Murphy has a great deal of experience in foreign relations, he is known in his country as Ambassador Murphy.
