Arsenal target Reina

  1. Sports
August 8, 2010 - 0:0

Having been quiet on the subject of a goalkeeper all summer, Arsene Wenger is about to launch an audacious bid of up to £25 million for Liverpool's Pepe Reina.

Wenger had reportedly been eyeing a move for Fulham's Mark Schwarzer but the chance of landing the Spain international is far more appealing.
Reina signed a new £6m deal at Anfield in April, but Wenger sees the Kop ace as the solution to his long-term goalkeeping problem.
