Terrorist group busted in Kordestan
Security forces have broken down a terrorist group in Kamyaran, Kordestan Province, a commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps has announced. IRGC forces have killed a member of the group and captured two others. However, two other members of the group managed to escape after the clash. Chairman of the Majlis Cultural Committee, Gholam Ali Haddad-Adel, has said the Palestine issue will be resolved if the Palestinian refugees return to their legitimate lands. In a meeting with Nabih Berri, Lebanon’s Parliament speaker, Haddad-Adel condemned the brutal measures by the Zionist regime against the Palestinians and the Syrians on the Nakba day in which 300 people were killed or injured.
------Iranian Navy submarines dispatched to Red Sea
Iranian Navy submarines were deployed in the Red Sea for reconnaissance missions and gathering data. The decision came as Iranian military officials have announced that the navy fleet is prepared to carry out long missions in the international waters. An informed source told the Fars News Agency that the military fleet had been navigating in the Gulf of Aden before they entered the Red Sea.

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has announced he plans to meet with Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad to hold talks on “modernizing” Tehran-Moscow relations. “I intend to meet Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, the president of Iran, in the near future and during this meeting (I want to) have a detailed discussion,” Fars News Agency quoted Medvedev as saying on Monday.
