TEHRAN – The special presidential envoy for Caspian Sea affairs says a meeting on the Caspian Sea legal regime is scheduled to be held in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, in March.  

 

Speaking to the Mehr News Agency on Sunday, Mohammad Mehdi Akhoundzadeh said the meeting is in line with efforts to ratify a convention on the Caspian Sea legal regime.
