TEHRAN – Iranian deputy foreign minister for consular and expatriates' affairs said on Tuesday that Bajgiran border between Iran and Turkmenistan will open next week, Mehr reported.

“The borders will open next week after three years and transportation of trucks will again be possible,” Hassan Qashqavi pointed out.

The official also said that a list of 130 Iranian prisoners have been given to Turkmenistan’s government so that the legal procedures of their transfer to Iran can be taken.
