KUWAIT CITY Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika on Monday said his unprecedented meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak in Morocco was a "pure coincidence," a Kuwaiti newspaper reported. "This meeting was a pure coincidence ... I had to reply to his (Barak's) greeting as Islamic morality dictates," at the funeral of Morocco's King Hassan II late last month, the president told the Al-Qabas daily.
