KUWAIT Kuwait has imposed a ban on the import of ruminants and beef products from France, the official Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) said on Wednesday. "Based on reports from the World Organization of Animal Diseases about new mad cow disease symptoms in France, the import of ruminants and beef products from France will be banned until further notice," KUNA quoted a statement by Kuwait's general institution for agriculture and fish as saying.
