KUALA LUMPUR -- Iranian Ambassador to Vietnam Hossein Ebrahim Khazi and Vietnam's Parliament Speaker Nong Duc Manh in Hanoi on Friday discussed measures to boost bilateral cooperation, promote solidarity and strengthen mutual understanding.
In a statement, the Iranian Embassy in Vietnam said the ambassador and the speaker also discussed ways to further strengthen the relations between both countries' parliaments.
The two officials expressed their belief that traditional relations between the two countries could be further developed and strengthened.
