TEHRAN – Hamidali Samimi was appointed as Secretary General of Iran’s National Paralympic Committee (NPC) on Sunday.

His appointment was announced by Ghafour Karegari, the President of Iran’s NPC.

Samimi replaces Kamal Javanmard in this position.

Previously, Samimi served as the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Sports Federation for the Disabled.
