Iranian Women Musicians Perform in Kuwait

TEHRAN The Iranian Naghmeh Music Group, which comprises women musicians, performed a concert at Abdullah Salem Cultural Center in Kuwait.

The musicians appeared on the stage in full Islamic clothing, wearing headscarves and dresses.

A large number of men and women as well as foreign diplomats in Kuwait attended the concert.

Naghmeh Music Group is headed by Azar Hashemi, who graduated in the field of music from a university in Tehran. She also passed a music course in Vienna, Austria.

This music group previously performed some concerts in the European countries like Austria, Spain, Italy, Germany and Australia.
