TEHRAN Bonyad Food Industry and Agriculture Organization poses 30% of domestic production for concentric fruit and 20% for its export. Sugar cube factories provide 16% demands of the country, manager of the said organization stated in an interview. These organizations provide 13% starch and more than 60% glucose of the internal demands. He said that Iran is one of the three countries in the world that import half of its sugar and sugar cube.

Regarding existed obstacles, he said that export brokers are causing unrecoverable damages to national economy by unfair competition . That is why we omitted these dealers and could gain 20 millions mark more export for concentrate fruit through direct sales in Europe market.
