TEHRAN- The head of the electricity department of Gachsaran said, "Since the housing cooperatives have not been cooperating with the electricity department, problems have arisen in providing electricity to the inhabitants of some districts of Gachsaran, such as Razmadegan, Dogonbadan, and Hedayat."

He added, "The reason is that the housing cooperatives are not concerning themselves with the problems of their members after selling the land parcels to them, and the members themselves have been coming to the electricity department, one after another, and demanding to be connected to the electricity grid."
