He's won in France three straight years. Now, Lance Armstrong takes on New York.

The three-time winner of the Tour de France arrives Wednesday for a celebration of his latest championship, completed Sunday in Paris, AP reported.

Armstrong will be a guest on CBS-TV's "Late Show With David Letterman'" and throw out the first pitch at Yankee Stadium for the game between New York and Texas.
