TEHRAN -- Justice Minister Esmaeil Shushtari said in an interview yesterday that the trail of the Iran Marine Company, which was accused of violating foreign currency regulations, has been completed and the court has issued a verdict of guilty.

He added that since the accused has refused to pay the cash fine, the property of his company has been confiscated instead.

He said that Majlis Commission 90 delivered a report on the results of its investigations into the case to President Mohammad Khatami but the president has not given any orders in this regard.
