TEHRAN (IRNA) -- Iranian and the International Atomic Energy Agency officials on Wednesday ended their almost six-hour talks on P1 and P2 centrifuges, thus wrapping up their second day of negotiations.

The talks between Iranian and the IAEA technical delegations started Wednesday morning and no official report regarding the continuation of talks has yet been announced.
The talks, however, are expected to continue tomorrow.
Deputy Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council Javad Vaeedi and Deputy IAEA chief for safeguards Olli Heinonen are leading the Iranian and IAEA delegations to the talks.
Deputy Head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran for International and Planning Affairs Mohammad Saeedi and Iran's Ambassador to the IAEA Ali-Asghar Soltanieh were also present in the meeting.
Iran and the IAEA have held about nine hours of talks since Tuesday on P1 and P2 centrifuges.
Iran and the IAEA had held similar talks in Tehran from September 24-25 on centrifuges.
Upon the implementation of Tehran-IAEA agreement, the cases of plutonium and pollution in Karaj have been closed.
Based on an agreement signed by Tehran and the IAEA, six issues, including plutonium, centrifuges P1 and P2, source of contamination, polonium-210, and Chegin mine, are on the agenda of the discussions. Of the cases, the files of plutonium and pollution in Karaj have thus far been closed.
Each of the subjects will be investigated one after the other once the case pertinent to the former issue is closed.
The IAEA assessment will be made available in November in IAEA chief Mohamed ElBaradei's report.
