Iranians spend 13th day of New Year in lap of nature

On the 13th day of the Persian New Year, known as Sizdeh Bedar or the Day of Nature, the Iranians poured into parks, mountain slopes, jungles, recreational centers to spend the day in the lap of Mother Nature. Also, according to the national statistics available more than 149-million trips were made by the Iranians around the country during the two-week long holidays. The rise in the nationwide travelling during the Noruz holidays indicates a 29 percent growth compared to the previous year
