LAUSANNE, Switzerland (AP) — The Court of Arbitration for Sport says it will hear Lithuanian marathoner Zivile Balciunaite's appeal of a two-year ban for doping.

CAS says it hasn't set a date to hear the European champion challenge a suspension imposed by the Lithuanian Athletics Federation this month.
Balciunaite could be stripped of the European Championship gold medal she won in Barcelona last July. Her post-race urine sample revealed an elevated ratio of testosterone to epitestosterone.
Balciunaite denies wrongdoing and blamed the test result on a drug prescribed by her gynecologist.
