TEHRAN -- A rock slide in suburb of the southwestern city of Ahvaz destroyed two homes Sunday morning, killing two children of four and five years old.

The slide happened at 6:45 a.m. and it completely buried two houses with dirt and several large boulders and wrecked another one. Four persons survived and were hospitalized.

The Manba-e Ab neighborhood is located in eastern Ahvaz and houses over 1,170 families.
