TEHRAN- Road building projects in Iran requires 2.5 quadrillion rials (about $59.5 billion) of funds to be completed, IRNA quoted Amir Amini, the deputy transport minister for planning and management of resources, as saying on Monday.

It is while just 100 trillion rials (about $2.38 billion) has been allocated to the completion of these projects, the official complained.
