Participatory Management Launched in Iran

TEHRAN - Iran's first participatory management campaign has been initiated. It is seen as a way of making long-term improvements to the country's management policies.
The state management-training center announced that it expects the country's officials to support this campaign and help it achieve its goal to institute participatory management techniques.
The statement said that in the participatory management campaign, which is based on Islamic values, all employees of public services and private companies are expected to learn and practice the ethics of this superior system of management.
