TEHRAN -- The 1st Tourism Photo Exhibition was held at Shirvan Art and Culture Center on Wednesday, December 11, in Shirvan, Khorasan Province. Head of Department of Culture and Islamic Guidance in Shirvan said, "More than 100 photographs taken from archaeological sites, leisure resorts, cultural places, countryside regions, as well as the capabilities of Shirvan in attracting tourists to the region are on display at the exhibition." Hassan Nour-Mohammadzadeh added, "There will also be a seminar on examining tourism industry condition in the region with the participation of young researchers, as well as science experts and academics."

The photo exhibition will continue for 10 days.
