Oil Ministry, ACECR sign 4 MOUs, deals to expand co-op

TEHRAN – Iranian Oil Ministry and the Academic Center for Education, Culture, and Research (ACECR) have signed two memorandums of understanding (MOUs) and two contracts for expanding cooperation in various areas.
